What is the trick to get someone to respond to a request for help? on this board?/

Exactly how do I access the glucose risk index (gri) & where is the "update" button, mentioned in the version history??

Sorry to be so slow on the uptake, but I'm having no luck finding either of these items.

Would it be possible to add a section to the blood pressure data entry screen where users can indicate whether an irregular heartbeat is detected when the reading is taken??

Would it be possible to get a brief explanation of & the formula used by Dr. Lehman to calculate the L-index?? I have tried to locate the reference you mention in your response but with no success.

Answered my own Question.

Just need to delete data for the day & re-enter.

I entered 2 blood glucose values for today & instead of averaging them at the top of the diary sheet, the software seems to have added them together.

How can I fix this??

I thought when I paid the fee to upgrade to the Pro version of Diabass, one of the benefits is getting support. Am I wrong??
